Unusual aches

Everytime i lie down my hip sockets, ankles and now shoulders ache really bad, feels like arthritis! Does anyone else get this and know why??

I get this sometimes. I think it's because all the ligaments have gone so soft so the joints don't have the support that they once did.

My hips+knees are sore and some mornings my inner thighs too. I sound like an old lady!

My hips are terrible when I'm in bed and when I first get up. They can be agony and I can't stay still in bed for long because of it.
