Well Ive spent the last week or so bouncing on the ball, I dont know if it's made any difference. I REALLY hope it has. Thing is I spent a couple of hours on it then put it away and bring it back out at night.

Should I/Can I be doing more?

Staying active by walking will help. Not slouching when you sit. Taking relaxing baths. Relaxation is as important to help the labour hormones flow as all the bouncing etc. Sex has the same affect. You could try some Evening Primrose Oil too to help soften your cervix.

You take the pills? Or is it an oil you rub in? Sorry to sound daft.

Dont get much relaxation what with a 2 year old running around so maybe i'll try to set aside some time to myself each evening when she's in bed.

I've a 16 month old so I know it's not easy to find time. I have a long candle lit bath after she goes to bed every night with some lavender and clary sage oil in it. The EPO should be inserted at bed time to soften the cervix over night.
