Who is taking/going to be taking raspberry leaf tea? - Page 3

i started taking 1 cup a day at 34 weeks until 36 weeks then i upped to 2 cups, got to 38 weeks and upped to four cups. By time i got to due date i was on about 10 cups a day

it did soften my cervix, they always commented on how soft it was x

I started on one cup a day at 32 weeks and am considering moving onto 2 cups a day this week, 3 cups a day at 36 weeks and 4 cups a day at 38 weeks!

I am on one tablet and one cup of the tea per day until 36 weeks. I will start on 2 tablets and 2 cups a day from 36 weeks, and perhaps up this from 38 weeks, but I will see. I'm also taking 2 EPO a day and will double this and start inserting them from 36 weeks.

Does it have to specifically be "raspberry leaf tea" because all I could find is raspberry tea and I didn't buy it because I didn't know if it was the right stuff.

Yes it does hun. You'll get it in Holland & Barrett or most health foody places.
