Who is taking/going to be taking raspberry leaf tea? - Page 2

I've been taking the tea and I actually really like the one I get, but it seems to be agggravating my heartburn so thinking of looking for some tablets - any recommendations gratefully recieved as I don't know what the tablet dosage is supposed to be....

Everything I've read doesnt recommend it before 32 weeks ??

i bought it from holland and barrett and it is on a buy one get one half price deal at the moment. i intend to speak to my midwife on tuesday about when to start taking it

I've been drinking a couple cups a day since about 29 weeks. It's nice as a hot tea, but seriously nice flavoured with a bit of honey and orange slices, served ice cold. yum!

I've taken the tablets from 32 weeks and have increased from 1 a day to 3 a day currently. There is some info to suggest it's safe through the whole of the 2nd and 3rd tri. I took it last time and had a 15/20 min second stage which was really easy and didnt need any pain relief.

I'm taking it and have been since 32 weeks. I really like it, so glad that I can increase to two cups a day now. I'll try it cold and with lemonade too! I get the Holland and Barrett ones.

I drank the tea, i think I started at 34 weeks at 1 cup a day, then 36 had 2 cups a day, then from 38 I was having 4 cups a day.

I was in established labour for 6hours and I was only pushing for 25 mins

My waters went at midnight and I was 6cms dialted by 3am

I recommend it to anyone, I will def be using it with my next one
