My last baby was LOP (back to back) all the way and this one likes to be ROA......

Phew! Thank you for your replies girls, that's really helpful

Really pleased to know it doesn't mean a longer and harder labour - I had read that it is...but then again, I googled Always find things to put you off, gotta restrain myself from going down that route

I was under the impression, baby lying on eiether side but favourable left side, with back along the side of belly was optimum position for labour cos they turn there heads round as they are born! Could be wrong.

My baby swings from left to right but has been on left more recently. Head down and facing into my right hip!

Mine is LOL and 2/5th engaged, the consultant said yesterday that's a lovely position As far as I can remember they've all benn prety much the same, my longest labour has been 8 hours xx
