I think as long as you go into hospital it's ok. Because you're meant to go in when your waters break aren't you?

Like tinytoes said, people have waterbirths so I don't see why it would be too much of a problem.

you can, people who's waters break but aren't dilating are usually sent home from the hospital and told to have a warm bath. or so i'm told

Sometimes when women's water break it can be hours and hours before they go into labour,so I'm sure a bath is okay. I will defnitely have one. A bath always makes me feel better! You should probably just skip the bubble bath and dont make the water too hot. That's my problem usually....I love HOT water!

My waters broke first and I had a bath so it's fine. I was 2cms dilated and the midwife said to have bath to help ease the pain. An hour later and I was 9.5cms dilated! It worked a treat for me and hardly had any pain while in the bath, just when I got out x
