I was thinking about this today too. I need to get my music picked out.

I've got so much to choose from, I don't know where to start!

When I was doing mine my dad suggested salt n pepper - push it! Lol needless to say it didn't make the final cut! Iv done 2 playlists one with lots of chilled out acoustic songs and then one of higher tempo songs for when I need a bit of a lift x x x x

Depends on the hospital. I've always been encouraged to bring and play my own music.

LOL at the "Push it" recommendation!

Ohhh just looked at my hospital website says this
* Electrical Appliances

Electric shaver, hairdryer, CD player, MP3 player, gameboy, etc. A hospital electrician must check all electrical items that you bring into hospital before use.

Yay, I really think music will help. Just gotta sort out what Cd's to take.

Think if it's battery-powered they don't have to check it...just thinking that your baby would probably be about a week old before the electrician made it to check!!
