Well I posted on saturday as my waters had broken and was waiting on labour starting! Went into hospital saturday night at about 10pm to be checked over as still was only getting very very mild contractions, i was 1cm dilated. They monitored baby's heatbeat and it was dropping a lot with every contraction so got rushed down for a emergency c-section. To be honest its all a bit of a blur as it all happened so quick and i was very worried about whether she would be ok. She had the cord wrapped around her neck once but screamed near enough straight away and was fine!  Ava Rose arrived on 7th March at 00:13 weighing 6lb 15.5oz. Was discharged yesterday so just settling in at home, but alls going well so far and me and daddy are so in love with her!! Heres a couple of pics: |
