I think my heartburn is random.

Re the RLT I was told to start taking it at 32 weeks!

It doesn't seem to make a blind bit of difference what I eat or when I eat it, or even if I haven't eaten - I get heartburn!

I've started on RLT, but not every day yet. I read you could have it from 32 weeks and build up the intake.

i found that if i drink a cup of milk really helps with my heartburn

I didnt know anything about this RLT thing???? What exactly does it do?

Also, my heartburn seems to have died down a lot. (TOUCH WOOD, lol).
I got it lots around the 30 week mark. I tend to get it more through the night then through the day. Just have a 20ml spoonful of Gaviscon before i go to sleep and im usually fine. I was taking Antacid tablets as well if i needed to but i cant now im on iron supplements.
