seems like the aches and pains of the third tri are affecting a few of us this week! Why were we so excited to start the third tri?!
try and relax as much as you can - get the kids off to sleep early and put your feet up. I'm convinced my pains are my body telling me to put myself first and to stop being a hero. It's easier for me as I'm not already a mum, but do try and find you time. Hope it stops hurting soon
