went out and got a ball today - I remember using one when in labour with DD and it really helped...

anyone got any tips on using it to help getting the baby in the right position for labour? am already 3/5s engaged but thought it would help?!

I love my ball, i already have one haha I got one to make myself sit up straight as it stops my back from aching and also to help bumpy get into position. Im sure there is another similar topic to this a few pages down with some links to how to use the ball when engaged etc x

I normally bounce and sway from side to side at the same time, if that makes sense x With legs right apart, one on each side of the ball like you would have say if you were horseriding

Most sporting goods shops normally sell them I've noticed. But a department store would likely have them too...with the sports things After all, they are an exercise ball at the core of things!
