Unhappy

I feel like a bag of s**te!

Hello mummies-to-be!

Just need a bit of a moan because this week I've been feeling pretty shitty. Been quite sick the last few days and had a god awful headache off and on too....

But during the night, last night, I started getting horrific cramps in my stomach which kept me awake pretty much all night and then when I was sick this morning, there was flecks of blood in it!

So I'm trying to get in touch with my midwife for some advice (can't get an appt with GP, but then again, he wouldn't be much use anyway!!)... I reckon I've probably got a sicky bug or something, and the blood is just from where I've been wretching so much the last few days.

So hey ho... yet another nail in the coffin that is my shite pregnancy!

I tell ya what, we will be having an only child... cuz I am NOT going through this again!!

Oh Hun, i hope you are feeling better now, I had a really bad 1st pregnancy too and my 2nd was alittle better but my son was born premature at 33 weeks and now I am pregnant again.
I said the same with my first no more baby's but here I am on my 3rd.
Every pregnancy is different and you may decide one day that you want another.
When you hold your little baby in your arms you will know it has all been worth it.
Take care hun
Luv Cheryl xxx

That's what everyone keeps telling me.... That day can't come quick enough! I don't think I could really take 3 more months of this. What with the SPD aswell...

Thanks everyone.

I've just managed to get hold of one of the community midwives (turns out mine's off today which is why her fone was off!)...

She said that it does sound like I've got a tummy bug and apparently they have had a fair few women ringing up with similar symptoms over the last week or so.

So just advised the usual... fluids and not to eat anything for 12 hours or so until the sickness subsides! But she also said, if it continues or if I haven't felt "Bean" moving for 24 hours (which I said I hadn't felt her yet today, but that was pretty normal... she normally doesn't get going until afternoon/evening time!) then I should call the hospital for advice.

Oh the joys!!!

Shame hun, hope you get over it soon !!!

I'm annoyed because one of the guys at my work has had a stomach bug for the last fews days but yet he stills comes into work. Why can't people think about others. Last thing I or anyone else at the office needs is a tummy bug.
