When I do to the toilet, even just to pee I have this feeling of pressure on my back passage like I need to poo too, but I don't. Is this possibly because LO's head has engaged or could it be something else. It's really uncomfortable & sometimes makes it painful when I have to poo too.

I've had total nightmares with going to the toilet.. I kinda feel like his head has blocked everything.. I literally have to push a wee wee out.. It's doing my head in..

I've not had what your discribing though.. Maybe one of the other girls has had this.. Worth mentioning to your MW though, hope it gets easier soon!!!

I kind of have this problem. Don't know what's causing it but it's so uncomfortable when I need to go poo. Weeing is not such a problem for me though?

I get a lot of pressure at the front when I go to the loo but not at the back. I assumed it was more to do with his big head than the actual peeing. I don't know.

I get pressure in my bottom sometimes too, mostly when I am peeing it sends sharp pains up my belly. My doc said that your bladder when its full is like a full balloon cushioning the babies head from your pelvis and when its emptied the babies head sets back down onto your pelvis and can cause pressure and pain.

I would still ask your MW or Doc though, just to be sure

It probably is your LO applying pressure. I know mine is and now I poo 3-4 times a day. It is driving me mad!
