Swelling

Ladies, is there anything I can do to help relieve the swelling in my feet and ankles? These past couples of days have been wonderful outside (70-75 degrees) and I have to admit, I've been doing a lot of walking. Woke up this morning and I can barely walk at all, let alone bend my toes/feet. What can I do to help some of this swelling? I've tried putting them up, but nothing is happening...haha. How about ice water?

UGH! lol I've never had cankles....

I was going to say elevate them untill I read what you said!
Mine usually go down when I put them up so I'm no help, sorry.

My feet have been permanent cankles for about 4 weeks now. Nothing really seems to help and sometimes they even get a bit numb feeling. At this point I don't think mine are going anywhere until I deliver!

Try the flight socks/tights put on first thing in the morning, helps me loads.
Also i get BF to massage a peppermint smelling cream in motions going up my feet, ankle to my shin to try to get the blood and fluid going upwards he does moan about my lovely smelling feet sometimes though dont know what he means!

I think aqua posted a thread like this the other day with other advice on too if that helps
Try and take it easy xxxxxx
