OMG i felt babys head

Well at my 37 week appointment, my doc was shocked at how low baby was. So i decided to try myself and see if could feel his head while i was in the bath. AND BAM! i reached 2 inches up and there it was!!!

I called hubby and told him, and the first thing he asked was if he could feel, so i said sure. SO.. he tried and 2 inches in he also felt babys head and then jumped back shouting OMG OMG

So is this a good thing about him being that low or what?

I was that low with my son, I also had him 2 weeks early.

what do you mean you could feel baby's head? I've never even heard this! You just stuck your fingers in your (excuse my blunt asking) vagina?! Or up into your cervix? Wouldn't you be in labor pratically with baby that low?!

baby is dropped so low that i can feel his head. My cervix is 80 percent effaced so pretty thin now.. so i can feel it from the outside of my cervix.

yup i just stuck my fingers up there.. but not INTO the cervix .. i felt him from the outside of my cervix

i did this last night too lol ! my baby likes to headutt me there again and again and i was so uncomfy that i wanted to check if it was actually my cervix she was pushing and yep, i had a feel and ther her head was moving! i do admit i freaked slightly but then laughed when i realised how soon id get to meet her haha i cant wait!

My MW could could feel the head when I was effaced. It's amazing isnt it

Wow, I'm useless don't even know where my cervix is,(I know where it's suppost to be obviously but just wln't know the difference.) lol where to find it or how I'd even know but then I know it's very far back as mw have trouble giving me pessary's and I also have trouble with smears.
