having a really bad day with it today been eating plenty but stil feeling like my stomach has nothing in it and its making me heave HELP!!!

I think eating little and often like you are doing is a good plan. Don't try and have any proper meals if too much makes the nausea worse, just graze on small amounts of things.

I found oats were good, so oatcakes, readybrek/porridge, flapjacks etc as it seemed heavy enough to settle my stomach but bland too. And good for you.

And have you tried flat coke? I have a small bottle of coke zero in my fridge at all times at the moment as a mouthful of slightly flat cola seems to do the trick - but caffeine and sugar make me a bit jittery so I get diet or zero. There is something in cola's ingredients that helps nausea for a lot of people.

Always having a glass of water to hand to sip is good too, and all my coat pockets and bags have cereal bars in them, so I can never find myself anywhere without a snack in case I start feeling sick.

thanks i eat little and often and drink water and milk atm feeling bad lately feel so so sick but no chest pains or burning so not sure if its heartburn so misrable!

the nausea may be due to gas and heartburn. try mistmag 10mls twice daily it cools your system or try chewing a little bit of ginger root raw 2ice daily or try tablespoon of pure honey 3ice daily . they all worked for me at different pregnancies depending on the option i can easily stomach at the different pregnancies. this time i cannot stomach mistmag or honey so i have been using ginger roots and its been working for me
