26 weeks and feeling really ill!!!! Help!

Im 26 weeks now so just about to go into the 3rd trimester.
I was fine for the first 12 weeks of pregnancy, felt a bit uncomfortable until now, and this past week has been hell.
Ive not actually been sick but I feel I should be hovering over a sink all day long. Im not sure if im hungry or nauseous sometimes!!!!
Im an emetophobe (fear of being sick) so i guess when I feel a bit nauseous I probably make myself nervous and end up in a right state about it.
The midwife didnt seem bothered and just said its pregnancy but im so scared of being sick Im getting quite depressed and down. I dont want to leave the house in case somthing happens and I hate being in the house alone when my partners at work

PLEASE tell me this will pass soon!!!!

i wish i could with ds i was suffering really bad from sickness till 34weeks , this time it passed at 14 wks n occasionally things make me feel nausous but not sick

Try Gaviscon. It sounds like you have heartburn. It's safe to use in pregnancy and it stops that sicky feeling.

I started feeling sick and tired again just as i was going into the 3rd trimester and it all happened like a ton of bricks on boxing day which is normal although annoying as the middle 3 months were fantastic for me

thanks for the replies guys

im taking gaviscon it stops any acid and heartburn but not the nausea

im just so miserable i know itll all be worth it im just so scared of being sick. hows everyone else doing?

btw i love those timelines of when the baby is due from baby ga-ga but which link do you use? and is there one for a facebook page?

Last week was a very bad week for me. Felt like I was back in 1st Tri again

Not been into work since last Monday.

I have not been ill bit I have felt it and really run down. Just remember to drink plenty of water and I hope it passes for you soon. My husband has the same fair as you so I know how you feel

aww thanks hun sorry youre feeling crappy too!!!! im so scared of being sick but today im just chilling out watching tv and munching my way through crackers and dry toast. its all im in the mood for but have to cook tea later! i just feel generally ill too

the type you cant describe to a doctor..its just "ill"
