I bought a yoga ball at sportsdirect and it was down from £12 to £6!

The OB physio said the ones that you can get at Asda or Tesco do just the same thing

I think most maternity wards have them, but I needed some relief in the house...

You can get them for less than a tenner like Ann says. Just buy a fitness ball - they seem to add the name 'birth' and add another £20 on the price tag.... Most birth centres and hospitals will have them too - just ask your MW.
