Well since this baby isn't coming, I am re-examining my math, and I am now sure that the baby has not come because of the incorrect LMP date.

I was never 100% sure on it, and my scan back dated me by a few days as well, but my dr never wanted to change the EDD.

So, I have decided that if the hospital calls, I am gonna go in, have them examine me (and if possible give me more than 2 mins of their time) and evaluate and give me a prediction of how many days I am looking at with just letting things go on their own.

aww what a bummer that would be if you had expected baby this whole time to arrive now and have to wait even longer!!! Well either way I hope you figure out whats going on

Do whatever your most comfortable with hun I would say if your first ultrasound matched up pretty well with the 2nd ultrasound you should be good to go dates wise. I had not had a period in months when I found out I was pregnant so of course I was considered 16 weeks until they did they ultrasound ( I was only 8 ) and when I had my 20 week scan they matched up perfectly. My 36 week ultrasound was right on with what the others measured as well. Either way I hope your baby comes soon whether it's on it's own or if s/he needs a little push. Maybe you could just ask for a membrane sweep instead of an induction and see if that gives you a last push.

I dont exactly 100% believe my due date. My period dates were always dead on and off these days alone, I was due on May 5. Im very sure about when I ovulated and flat out conceived this child, so it really blew my socks off when the dating scan put me at May 26! Bleh! But in my mind, Im going early!! Life is better in denial!!

Well, I hope your LO comes soon for you! I know exactly what my LMP was, due to the fertility drugs, but I ovulated late so they had to adjust my due date (pushed it forward 4 days) at my 8 week scan...we'll see I guess! Good Luck! and labor

Mine might also be late as I always had long cycles (33days). Apparently that also affects the due date. Anyways as long as the LO is healthy it's okay with me. The doctor keeps telling me he is going to be a big boy.....!I'm hoping it's all the water I'm retaining!

My due date has always gone by a dating scan I had when I was 14 weeks cause I found out later after missing 2/3 cycles, thought it was due to the new drugs I was on.

I know the exact date I conceived my little one. It was the day me and my OH got engaged. We were so wrapped up in the moment that we weren't as careful as normal, oops. Plus I had been away the whole week so we were really happy to see each other again. It matched up perfectly with my blood test and first scan.

For some reason I have a strong feeling me LO will come early. that could just be very wishful thinking though :-)

Although my date off my scan is about a week and a half out of what I thought based on my LMP.
