I'm Currently Feeling: | I would go and speak to your GP if you're concerned hun.
The pain I have is like how Id imagine it would feel to break a bone pretty much every time I move. Turning over in bed, in and out the car and up and down stairs is the worst.
I hope it's not SPD for you! Its not very nice at all

I'm Currently Feeling: | Do what someone on here told me to do yesterday, lay down and push down on your pelvic bone (you know, at the front) and see if it hurts. Mine didn't luckily!
I have pains there too (realllllllly bad sometimes). I don't think it's SPD though. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Try to get lots of rest it really helps. I've been struggling a bit as well and the moment I overdo things it gets worse.
It was a bit sore yesterday and silly me went grocery shopping after work which meant pushing a trolley. By the end of it I coud barely walk!
Can't believe I can't even push a trolley round a shop anymore....sigh. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | OMG you should have seen me in Asda on Saturday. What a mess. My OH told me to take my crutches but I look like a right knob on them, so I said I would just use a trolley as a zimmer frame.
Didn't really work. Quite funny to watch though.
I just feel like a bit of a walking embarrasment at the moment. It would be funnier if it wasnt so bloody painful though!

xxx | Oh Linzi hun, I feel ya pain.... you have just described my exact same experience also in Asda on saturday!!! I think I'd have looked less stupid on my crutches than I actually did trying to push the trolley!! |
