I've never done Yoga, is it a good workout (calorie burner)? | It depends on the type of yoga you do but it basically burns as many calories as brisk walking. So, walking, yoga, breastfeeding and 2 kids might get me going but I've gained a lot with this pregnancy so it might take a bit more to get back to where I was before. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Just burning the fat I don't think is going to work, going to need to do some toning on the stomach as well.
I'm a huge cycling fan and the Tour de France will be on while I'm on maternity leave. My plan is to set my road bike up on an indoor traininer and cycle along with them. If someone breaks away, I gotta chase them.
Also planning on doing a couple of the easier exercises on my ball. Used to do classes and had a six pack of note. Works the muscles really well without tiring you out too much. Even just sitting on the ball while watching TV helps.
Go horse riding again - have already organised for the girl who lives at the yard I ride to look after LO for an hour or two.
Walking is great, but the problem is that it will be middle of winter here so I have to find indoor options for when the weather is bad.
I just can't wait to be able to exercise properly again!! |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I will be going back to my weight watchers, and planning on getting out and about pushing baby around in her pram. I have always done lots of walking and its really helps the weight drop off me. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Sounds like all of you have been thinking about this as much as I have. Thanks for the ideas. Before being prego I was on workout burnout. You all have given me great ideas to try, thank you. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I'm going to breast feed and just keep active really. If I haven't lost enough once I stop breast feeing or if my belly stays bad for too long then I will start on the sit-ups! |

I'm Currently Feeling: | WALKING! I am going to walk a lot. And my neighbor is a personal trainer at the qym about 2 miles from my house so I am going to have him work with me, and of course stop eating all the crap I have been eating while I have been pregnant. Its my last week, so I am going to enjoy as much chocolate as I want before I start my healthy eating! I have a lot to loose |

He will definately keep you busy and think we should all borrow him! |
