As some of you know oxsarahxo sadly lost her baby girl Jessica Charlotte Reay hours after giving birth. We are arranging a star to be named after Jessica and a lantern for her resting place from all of us. We also thought it would be nice to make a contribution to Sarah & Matt so they can use it towards flower arrangements, head stone or resting place arrangements. If you would like to contibute please PM me for details. I'm Currently Feeling: | Baby Connor is coming this weekend!! Well I went in for my 38 week appointment and they decided to hook me up to the monitor because I mentioned that I'd been having some pretty bad period pains/ contractions at night, plus I had a continuously higher BP. After about an hour or so they said that my baby was being lazy so they decided to do an ultrasound which showed that my fluid levels are low so they took a look at my placenta and they said it looked like it was aging. His movement started to pick up so instead of sending me in for an induction today she said we can wait until Friday as long as I get 6 kicks in a two hour span. I'm a little nervous as my fluid levels are low but she said his reflexes look great and he is swallowing well. I can't believe I'm going to have this little guy in my arms by this weekend~ it's such a crazy feeling. Luckily my cervix is on the favorable side so my induction should go smoothly. |

Do they know h9ow long it's been like that?? | Baby looked just fine on the ultrasound and on the NST it just showed he wasn't doing to much (they look for the heart rate to fluctuate). And I'm assuming the fluid hasn't been that low to long since my last ultrasound was 2 weeks ago and the fluid was fine. I guess my placenta just decided 38 weeks was long enough and put in it's notice.
Thank you so much for the well wishes ladies... I honestly don't know what I would have done this pregnancy without all of you. Soon enough you will have your babies too |
