ok now I feel super bad...yesterday I broke a glass in the kitchen by accident. I swept and vaccumed but I asked my husband to use some paper towel and wipe down the floor in case I missed any, and apparently I did because he cut himself

He says it is ok though.

Oh hun, sorry for the late reply. I'm glad it's nothing serious, but maybe your hormones are working you up too much. Go have a cup of tea and relaxxxxxx...

I don't get panic attacks but do have anxiety. I do know that they come many times for no good reason. Sorry to hear it.

don't panic sweetie...I think it's all to do with hormones, heightened emotions and the fear of the unknown. Try and relax..he prob just nicked himself shaving. Get yaself a cuppa and distract yourself with some crap tv. Let us know your ok x x

They are so scary!! I have had one before! My lips sealed shut to where you could barely put a straw through them and my eyes were almost totally sealed shut. I was also crying hysterically.... it was a bad day. What finally calmed me down was talking to my Hubby (at the time boyfriend) on the phone and walking around our front yard. If it ever happens to me again I will know how to calm myself down better. He just told me to breath and reminded me that everything was going to be just fine. I would also try putting on some relaxing/meditation music. Take some deep breaths. Hope you are ok!!!

This has been happening to me also. Just concentrate on trying to take deep breaths and it will settle.
