This happened to me, I caught the bugger and pulled him up and he said it was in the office!!!!!!1

You have to complain to the company hun, whoever it was (royal mail etc). Its a disciplinary offence

This happened to me hun with the home delivery network i ordered through asos and they offered me free delivery on my next order or something like that cant remember the exact thing! go direct to the company you ordered from they will eventually give you the number for the depot!

My delivery driver put down that i no longer lived at my address think he just couldn't be bothered delivering! pretty obvioous he hadn't been at my door!

Call the company you bought it from too - at the very least they have to give you back the money you paid for next day delivery - I'd be amazed if they didn't do more if it's a big company.

Just out of curiosity why do you need summer outfits delivered asap if you don't know your size after bubs and it's not even summer yet? I am not buying anything until I know my size exactly and know that my body hasn't changed much. Everybody I talked to, except for my way too lucky mom, said they couldn't wear their old clothes and their bodies have changed in one way or another.
I didn't need them delieverd asap. The standard delivery was 3-5 days and I didn't want to waiting around so I ordered them next day. And i can still fit into my size 10 jeans now so I don't think my size is going to change that much after pregnancy! x

After about 48 hours searching I eventually managed to find a phone number for DHL Express which said it was a 'security' company, but I phoned it anyway - spoke to a human and went my absolute dinger at him. Then I felt bad, cos i wasn't his fault so I apologised for shouting at him, but he could see my point. We ended up having a lovely chat, he assured me the driver would be disciplined and he gave my parcel to someone who has to pass my village on his way home and he delivered it to me that way.

Sometimes shouting does get you what you want.

HOWEVER - I e-mailed Babies r Us on all of the three days when the parcel didn't arrive since I'd paid them for the next day delivery and to this day I haven't as much as had the courtesy of a response. Made me so mad so I refuse to buy any more from them.

Actually, I had this problem with babies r us as well. They didn't even post a 'sorry you weren't in note' either. I had to phone DHL and they re-arranged a delivery date for me. And they say they're meant to be a number 1 company ??? All delivery men are lazy buggers!!!

They are absolute t*****s! I was fuming as I ordered something from Amazon and they were the people who delivered. When i got home from work they had put a card through the door saying they had put it in a safe place. The safe place they recorded was.......THE BIN!!!!!! I was sooooo angry it was in there with all the rubbish (the brown garden waste one which has food peeling etc in too), what if it had been bin day? Perhaps I should be grateful they delivered it!
