I just got back from the docs and she didnt check me I really wanted to know if I had progressed since last week but she said she would check me next week if I hadnt had him by then... I told her I really hope not to see her next week. I am measuring 38cm, heartbeat is good, head down fixed and engaged. Last week I was 1.5cm and 50% effaced, so hopefully Im a little more than that now, but who knows, darn doctors. She guestimates that he is about 7.5 lbs right now and that he will stay under 8 lbs thank goodness. And the best news of all, this is the first doc appt since the first tri that I didnt gain any weight! Woohoo! I dont need to add onto the 50lbs I have already gained! But all in all, the appt went well and everything is going like it should. Im hoping I dont have to see her next tuesday.

Good news he is engaged - hopefully won't be too much longer for you now! It's good that you have some indication of how you are doing so far - I am 40+2 today & have to wait until Friday to have my 1st internal check / sweep & his head is still free!!!!
