Ahhhhh ok, that makes sense!

I've been thinking about having a 4D scan. I would love to have one done, but just can't afford it really.

Because you have to ask.

I be asking questions. Don't let them intimidate you.

Nope... nothing like that. The only measurements that are noted are BPD, HC and FL.

Oh well!

All the sonographers I have seen (and I've had 4 scans!) have been absolutely lovely actually! I never imagined you could measure the weight!

Did they not even give you a weight at your 20 week scan? That's so strange!

Oh and my sonographers (except the private one) never spoke to me either.

Nope. Just the measurements I said before?!

It amazes me the variations from area to area!

At my 12 week scan all I got was "CRL:" which is how long it is.

Those measurements you said are:
FL: the top of the leg (from thigh to knee)
HC: head circumference
BPD: Biperial (sp?) diamiter (something to do with the brain lol)

Sorry if you knew that already!

It is marked EW on the scan report - mine was a foetal medician one tho - so it might be different.
