Any olive oil will do, but I tend to use extra virgin.

Just pour a tiny bit onto your fingertips and gently rub it on overtop of your makeup. Massage it on with your fingertips and you'll see your makeup (especially mascara) dissolve right away. Then take a facecloth in warm (not hot as it isn't good for your skin) water and gently rub off the oil/makeup/dirt. The facecloth exfoliates so you don't need to do anything else. You don't get that horrible tight feeling that chemicals give you after washing and I don't even always moisturise afterwards, but if I do moisturise then I use either Bio-oil or else organic shea butter - both heavy products but all of this has completely calmed my skin which used to be really greasy. Not anymore. Apparently other cleansers strip the oil out so I was producing too much to compensate. Now that I wash with oils my skin doesn't need to produce it itself.
Google it - there are loads of people out there who swear by it!

That sounds great - I think I might have to give it a try!! I hate that horrible tight feeling, this sounds fab!

I've got an ESPA pre-natal spa treatment booked for Monday at a DeVere hotel that we're staying at for a couple of nights, I can't wait! I'm not sure what they will do, I know they don't use essential oils etc but I hope it still includes a back massage as thats my fave, I just don't know how they will do it!!!

Are many of you still fake tanning? I am soooo fed up if been so pale, I'd usually have a couple of sunbeds (I know they are soooo bad for you but its my only non pregnant bad habit!! And I don't have many ) but I obviously can't to that, is it okay to fake tan? I'm soooo pale!!!!

I'm going to fake tan tonight, I miss being tanned and am not used to being so pale!! Have felt like rubbish throughout this pregnancy and haven't bothered keeping up the tan (usually spray tan and sunbeds now and again) so hoping that a bit of colour is going to cheer me up a bit Sad? Yeah, I know!!

Did the whole exfoliating, shave, moisturise, deep condition hair thing the night before last and it was loooveeelllyyyy!! Going to do it all again tonight + the tan to mkae myself feel a bit more human!

Baby welcome anytime so I can get back to being me again!

xx
