Remedy for swollen feet?

My feet have been swollen around the ankles for a few days now...mostly when I do some walking and cleaning around.

Besides the elevation and hot/cold compresses can anyone recommend anything that can soothe this?

I swear by support socks, tights or knee length pantyhoes or whatever you might call them over there?
I have loads of just under the knee length ones in about 30 denier and i put them on first thing in the morning and it pushes all the water and blood back up. a bit like the flight socks you can get.
It definately stops mine swelling like a pig!!
Hope this helps at your stage, not sure if it would work.

Having a bath in Epsom salt helps reduce bloatedness and water retention. One to Two cups for your bathtub. Thereafter put up your legs and relax. Enjoy!

Unfortunately the only thing that made the swelling go away for me was having Erica! But after a couple of days it started to go down. I was SO swollen! I hope things get started for you soon!!

Pop that baby out! That will cure it right up lol. If only it were so easy...

Whatever you do dont take a hot bath... my friend said that a hot bath put her into labor and I tried it and I didnt start labor but I have never seen such swollen feet and ankles in my life! I could push in on my skin and it stayed indented like memory foam!
