Try drinking warm water, it's been known to empty your bowels easier. But be warned - it doesn't work on everybody.

I'm sorry, I don't mean to laugh, but how you worded this made me chuckle.

Elliebaby- I suffer from this as well, (TMI) but ever since I have been pregnant, my stools have never been normal. When I got really desperate I used Metamucil and stool stoftners (which I need to do again). I just hate drinking that powder mix junk, it's gross. It's always a constant struggle for me when it comes to going # 2. I can't wait for that to get back to normal.

Walmart has the Equate brand in capsules! Equate fiber therapy 100% natural psyllium husk fiber. They are really a life saver!
