Ireland Posts: 13,171 | ive suffered horribly throughout my whole pregnancy hun! to the point where ive given myself piles.  hows your diet? i force myself to eat loaaaaads of fruit and have a couple of bowls of shredded wheat every day which does help. if i liked prune juice i wud be drinkin it like mad, thats supposed to work wonders! im not sure about drugs to relieve it though... dont know whats safe. hope u get sorted  |

 my diet is healthy i wouldnt say i eat a lot of fruit as its something i have gone off during pregnancybut i eat loads n loads of veg instead and eat tones of porridge i love that will have to try prune juice dont think i have ever heard of it so will have a look tomorrow. i would rather not take any drugs if poss so maybe shredded wheat will help. thx again | |
