I've been having unbearable period like cramps since almost 3hours... It's like a big cramp and I feel it all the way into my lower back... Doesn't really feel like a contraction, but it seems to be coming by waves every 4-6 minutes... It's horrible ! I tried trylenols, hot water bottle, bath... Nothing seems to help easing the pain. I can't sleep.

Can it be contractions even if I don't feel the whole tightening thing?

I didnt hva ethe whole tightening feeling when i went into labour , i think you may be having back labour just what i had. If its unbearable then im preety much sure your in labour Good luck hun!

sounds like labour to me i had those pains could hardly feel anything in my tummy only in my back hope this is it

Ok ... well I've taken a shower and getting ready... I'm gonna go to LD again... Hopefully this is it this time, otherwise I'll feel very bad !

I think it's labor, it's really really painful I can hardly breathe when I get a cramp and I feel VERY hot (like hot flashes)
