Breech at 33 wks...

Just seen mw, not my usual one, she has p*ssed me off a bit to be honest.

Firstly, my fundal height only measures 31 and I'm 33 weeks. This is considering I had a growth scan last Fri and bubs is measuring on the top percentile thingy for my height and weight etc. I queried it and she said 'oh its never accurate, especially when diff ppl measure you' so why bloody bother then!!!

Then she felt my tum and said bubs is breech. I've had 3 growth scans and my 20 weeks scacn, and bubs has been head down every time. Would I not know if he had decided to turn? I'm still getting very high up kicks. Again I questioned her and she said 'oh its probably a very sticky outy bum then, not a head'!! But still put '??? breech' in my notes!!

Still plenty of time to turn, right? Please someone reassure me!

At least my bp is fine.

mine was breech till about 33 weeks then turned

and to be honest i didnt even know baby had turned. dont worry.
forgot to add, they can turn right up to your due date xxxx

insist on a scan 2 make sure of the position of the baby. my mw said if she suspected mine was still breech at 34wks i would be sent 4 a scan and if it was confinmed breech i would see the consultant 2 discuss options.
