Exclamation

34 weeks and movements

What sort of movements are NOT a cause for concern.? Since yesterday my son has slowed way down to the point where i only get tiny waves and tightning of the bump. I no longer get punches and kicks.
Should i worry?
I miss the owws and the ooo's and kicks. I just get tiny waves now.

Is that normal for 34 weeks?

I don't know exactly. I'm 36 weeks and my LO has only just slowed down but I think for some they run our of space much sooner. I still get a foot poking out every now and then and I get ripples of movement like he's wriggling a bit. Last week I had a foot stick out my side so hard I thought he might actually break out of my skin.

If you're worried your LO has slowed down a lot then I'd call your midwife.

Mine REALLY slowed down. Sometimes I wont feel her all day, just a random fart here and there...It concerned me and I brought it up at my last exam, and the ObGyn said that as long as she moves 6 times within her "active" period (which in my case is 4pm-10pm), were ok.

She's slower, but stronger. I prefer the wriggler (she mostly wriggles and twists now) to the footballer I had in there before!
