Sooo, i have been up all night with heartburn, tummy pains, pins and needles in my hands and thought i would give myself a break ( as it was snowing ) and get a cab to the train station.

I booked a taxi for 10 past 8 and was told that i must wait outside the building as the driver will not wait. So there i am standing in the snow extremley cold wet and uncomfortable...... 5 mins past, i call them to be told the driver will be with me in 1 min....... another 5 mins past, I call again and explain that if hes going to be much longer than i will wait inside, "no madam, he will be with you in 2 minutes" i explain that im 7 and a half months pregnant very cold and wet and have already waited in the snow 10 mins...... 5 mins later I call him and at this point im really not a happy bunny!

Firm told me that the driver was 3 mins away. At this point i told him in no uncertain terms where he can stick his cab and that i will not use the company again. I understand that they can be delayed and would have patiently waited in the warmth if they had just told me that he would be late.

In the end, walked 25 mins, got myself into a complete state as i was more or less running, missed my train AND then had to stand pushed up against the train door for 30 mins.

Not a great start to the week.......

aww bless ya huni sounds like it's not a good day for you at all!! I hate it when people think being pregnant is a walk in the park (mainly men!!) they should try carrying a baby around with them for 9 months!! Hope your day gets better hun xxx
