I have low iron too, but it's going up and up and nearly back to normal now..

I've been using 'spatone' which is gentle on your stomach because if your anything like me you will NOT like taking iron tablets.. Oooh they really upset my stomach...

'Spatone' is a liquid sachet that you can take with OJ and it boosted my iron really well.. My doctor gave this to me on prescription, but they don't like dishing it out because its expensive.. So try the tablets first and see how you get on..

I think liver is very very high in iron (if you like it)

Guiness and steak with spinage!

Can you have low iron even if you take pre-natal supplements?
