31+4 with twin boys and intermittent cramping

Hi ladies just after some more advice

after getting home from hospital yesterday and having my second steroid injection to help bring on twins lungs, I kept getting what I can only explain as bad cramping. Very similar to the cramps I got right before AF arrived/first day of her arrival.

Been getting braxton hicks and these haven't been this strong, but then there haven't been any rythmic sense to the cramps either and they eased off around 3am this morning....none since. Could it just be BH getting stronger??

back into hospital tomorrow for trace/bloods/other tests so will mention then, but don't want to keep bothering the mat ward I've been in and out of so much LOL

Probably just BH, but Id mention it today when you go in just incase your little guys are getting ready to make their entance

. My friend was preg with twins and she said that her BH were a lot more uncomfortable than a singleton pregnancy. im assuming due to the fact that theres two of them in there

i would call up just 4 peace of mind, dont worry that u r bothering them it is their job and as u r pregnant with twins i would expect they would keep a closer eye on u. real contractions can be felt 'inside' as opposed 2 bh which r felt on the outside. my labours have started out with period type cramps so i would err on the side of caution and give them a call.
