um... I've only got 5 weeks 3 days left and although we have bought the paint and decorations, the room currently still has a double bed in it (which we have no idea what to do with) and the walls are still off-white.

Its frustrating, I just wanna get my paws in there and get it down, but I'm not allowed to paint Can't get upset with hubby either as he has had bronchitis since we bought the paint.

Patience is NOT my strong point though!

we have painted the room blue and got the moses basket up and ready along with the little wardrobe and chest of drawers with his clothes and things ready
Just need the big bags of toys etc to be sorted out and arranged but he won't be in there for about 6 months so no rush really

We're stripping old wallpaper border, putting up a new one and painting this weekend! Once the paint is dry I can organize/hang things the way I want them and her room will be all done! WOO HOO!!

Ours is done, but its a bit half-hearted as we have sold our house and will be moving out in July.

The room was already painted cream and we have just got plain wooden furniture. I wanted to keep it simple. We don't even have a cot yet as he will be in his moses basket for the first few months.

My favourite thing was washing and ironing all of his little clothes, then folding them and putting them away in the drawers. Every day, I go in and just open the drawers and peek at them.

I spose thats a bit sad, isn't it?!

We have everything... just need to put it all up. It's only the cot really. I put together the rocking stand for the moses basket last night and it already makes the room 'babyfied'
Can't wait to finish it properly tho
