What Baby Monitor and baby bath/support to get?

I'm off out this weekend to get a baby monitor and a baby bath or baby bath support (not sure which would be better).

What ones have you gotten and what would you recommend?

I'm getting the angelcare monitor with the movement pad

As for bath I went for one at M&P with insert. I think. I'd best go and check

Thanks for the links ladies, some really good baby monitors there, it probably a good investment to get a decent quality one.

Chele i've never seen one with a movement pad before i was expecting them to be 100+ pounds but there not to bad at all!

I've also got some money off vouchers for Mothercare so am getting mine from there hopefully. But you can get that one from quite a few places. Someone told me it also has a room temp monitor on it. It'll just give me some extra reassurance as we're only having flump in our room for 4 weeks.

I've got the BT 150 too, and one of the foam bath supports you can get from mothercare as they are soft and you can put warm water on them to keep them warm for bubs! x

i have a cloth bath support its bascily a flannel sewn onto a frame that supports baby, and i used the BT150 with ds and loved it my friend still has her one for her twins and they are nearly 2 now and she still uses the handset to check what tempeture it is in the girls room at night, i sold mine caus our house is small enough i found i could hear ds easily enough, Just a note all my friends who got montiors with motion sensor pads hated them caus their baby would roll or move off the pad and set off the alarm all the time

Thanks for all suggestions

There seems to be so many to choose from!

Chele we also dont plan on keeping bubs in our room for too long either as her room is right next door to ours anyway.

Emma, i like the sound of the foam bath support will have to check it out.
