| Wow, I'm amazed you're even considering letting her in! I don't want anyone there apart from my OH, not even my mum.
Just wait til you're having a really strong contraction, then call her. I'm sure you won't mince your words then!! |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I don't know, with these hormones sometimes I just don't feel comfortable about anyone being there. I know I'll be fine at the time but I guess I just don't know what to expect lol |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Of course you're allowed to change your mind! My hospital asks who you want there and anyone else gets kicked out. I am only having DH and my Mom. I do NOT want any visitors until she's at LEAST 24 hours old and I want no one at my house for at least 3-4 days after we come back. Just gotta be firm with them. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | You can always get the midwife to run interference. At my friends birth, we got the midwives to kick her family and OH out- even out of the waiting room- because they were just stressing her out. They were able to explain things to everyone so well that no one was offended. |

He's a complete moron. I'm sure your OH will not be anything like him. Just know the staff will be on your side, not your friend's side when it comes to your labour! |
