I think they will advise a c section for a breech baby not sure if they allow vaginal delivery for breech.

Your mw will be able to advise you on how long the leave you before deciding on the c section.
Good luck

Hi. Mine is breach as well. They may offer to try and turn the baby. I have opted not to have this done. But they should discuss this option and give you odds of sucsess. If not you will be booked in for a section. This is normally done at 39 weeks. I have mine booked for then. You do get a scan in day of section just incase baby has turned. I have to go in day before for pre clinic where they do bloods ect then go in the following morning for section. Thats all the info i have been given. Read a few section birth storys on here hun. They do tend to make it a great experince. good luck

Hi hun. They will offer you an ECV and if that dosent work they will then offer you a c-section.The ECV may or may not work though. My baby is breech too,I went for my ECV yesterday but it didnt work so Im now booked in for the 3rd March for a c-section.

LO could turn from now to then though.I have to go back to the hospital next Thrusday for another scan to see if LO has turned and if not iv to go again the day before my c-section for another scan just to make sure again that he hasnt turned.Good luck hun.Hope all goes well.xxx
