tip for those with spd or just bad pelvic pains

For those of you who havnt discovered this one yet.
Use your birthing ball or anything else thats same sort of height and lean over it so your knees are on the floor and your chest on the ball and gently rock back and forth lifting yout bum up in the air a bit lift your pelvic up as you rock forward and lower it as you pull back, every few mins pull right back so your bum sits on top of your legs/feet.

Hope I explained that right, I did this for about half an hour the other night while watching tv to be honest I wasnt actualy aiming to ease my pain I was actualy day dreaming and rocking back an forth while watching tv I went to get up after for a drink and suddenly realised omg I can move I could even lift my left up (normaly cant lift it more then a foot) OH was pissing himself laughing at me because I was doing a little jig singing "no pain" he told me I will have if I fall over

It only worked for a few hours (worked again after another go on the ball)and may not work for everyone but for a few hours relief its worth a try
