All I can think of at why they aren't allowed to treat SPD is that it may need additional training which the therapists don't all have in that department.

All I can think is that they mean they cant actually physically give you physiotherapy? I was given loads of info and a belt etc but my physiotherapist said there wasnt actually anything she could do in terms of manipulation because I was pregnant, although I am under her care until 2 months after baby is due incase I need physical treatment then...

See what the appointment brings... I have all the info they gave me here and would be happy to send you a copy if you dont get any x

How did it go with the bleed hon? Been thinking about how you got on..
