I'm hoping I can find it around here somewhere. I live way out in the country and if one of the little stores in town doesn't carry it I'll have to drive an hour to find it. Also going to pick up anything anyone lists here to try too because i can't take it anymore. I was up last night for an hour sobbing because it was keeping me awake and hurt so much.
Aveno oatmeal stuff is pretty nice. I'm also wondering if it's more of an 'allergic reaction' type itch. Have you tried taking a Benadryl to see if the antihistamine stops the itch signal to your brain? I've taken that a few times this pregnancy for runny noses.
I do take benadryl at night for allergies just about every night. I have nasal allergies pretty bad and always have and it's the only thing that stops my runny nose. (zyrtec never worked before i was pregnant and i had a reaction to claritin so i have to stay with benadryl) Doesn't seem to touch the itch though. The itchy parts are only on the areas where the skin has stretched the most.

I am going to get some of the Eucerin stuff that auntcarrie suggested. My skin is actually so sensitive I can only wash with one type of body wash because anything else makes me break out. I can't use ANY soaps on my face at all or I get pimples on it. I have to wash my face in warm water only. I quit shaving my legs too because it gets worse when I shave. I called my doctor today and they recommended something called "Mothers Friend" that I'm having DH pick up on his way home since I know I won't find it in town.

Maybe tonight I will finally get a little relief!!

I hope you find something that works. It sounds like you have extra sensitive skin in general, so the dry stretchy skin is just that bit too much.
Good luck!

I looked up the E45 and it's not available in the US anyway. I will look for the jergans tonight when I go to the store. I'm going to buy everything that MIGHT work and try stuff until I find the magic cure!

Yep, it's all my mom's fault! lol Her skin gets so dry in the winter that it cracks open and bleeds. I'm just lucky mine isn't as bad as hers. The cold air here is so dry that it makes it all worse. I wish it was summer time... the extra oil in my skin during the summer and the higher humidity makes it all so much easier.
