| Quinny buzz 3 or 4??? Hello, some of you might have seen my earlier thread about our nightmare trying to find a car seat to fit in our car.Well the maxi cosi fits and therefore we are looking at getting the Quinny buzz 3 or 4 pushchair to go with it.....does anyone have this?do you know what the difference is between the 3 and 4?is it simply the wheels?babies r us said it can be used from birth without the carrycot as the seat lies back quite flat and we dont want to spen another £150 on the cot part.its expencive enough!just wondered what your thought where........thanks girls!xxx | | | | Status: Offline

I'm Currently Feeling: | i have this pushchair, i have the newest version which is the 4 wheel one. The only difference between the two is the amount of wheels and i really don't see a lot of difference. The 4 wheel is meant to be easier to push, but i pushed both the 3 and the 4 wheel and honestly couldn't tell the difference.
The only difference was the price tag, think the 4 wheel cots about £40 more.
My dad likes to think more expensive means better so he bought me the 4 wheel, but honestly would have been just as happy with the 3. My whole travel system was delivered a week ago, and i am so so pleased with it, it truely is beautiful. Good choice. xx
Oh by the way i was told that you couldn't use it from birth so I have the carrycot as well. ??? | |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Yes i have the carrycot, because i was never aware it was suitable from birth. I bought mine from the london baby show and got a pretty good deal. This is their website www.glasgowpramcentre.co.uk they also sell the quinnybuzz 3 wheeler on their and its £269.99 for it in blue or pink and red, more expensive for black. But its free delievery, so if you want it delivered rather than pick it up it may be good for you.
I get so broody when i look at my pram its just so pretty xx | | | | Status: Offline

| We bought the Buzz 4 this past week. I liked the look and feel of the 4 more, and it also comes with 2 different seat covers for a smaller and a larger baby. I think the 1st seat cover is used until about 18months and then you switch to the other one. I read that some people didn't find the 3 as stable, especially when going down a step. I'm very happy with the 4. I love it! We got ours at a shop in Croydon called Babynest, near the Ikea, if you live anywhere close to there. It was £350 but 10% off for paying up front. There's also some Quinny 4s on Ebay that are good deals.
I didn't buy the carrycot as I don't think it's essential. Even the lady in the shop said the the chair will only not be suitable from June when the advice from some parenting board changes, and she didn't recommend buying it either. I just plan on keeping the baby in the carseat or laying the seat flat. Then again, I'm originally from the states and they don't even have carry cots and everyone just uses carseats, so maybe I'm just in the mindframe that a carry cot isn't necessary! [smile]
Whichever you go for, I hope it works well for you! | | | | Status: Offline

I know exactly what you ladies mean. After DH put the Quinny together, he grabbed this teddy bear and put it in the pram, and now the teddy is just sitting there ready to go on a walk. I'm ready for my baby to use it! | | | | Status: Offline
