i wouldnt go near ibuprofen as its an anti-imflamatory drug rather than a pain relief one
when co-codamol will do the trick anyway why take the risk of it affecting baby.

Im not allowed to take it due to my asprin allegery?
It has some of the same properties in it as aspirin but not actually aspirin itself (i.e. they both work as non-steroidal anti-inflammatories, so if you have a problem with one [aspirin], it's best to avoid another [such as ibuprofen]).
Thank you for answering my question x

When I went into labour with Seth it was agony, got to the hospital and I was dilated, effacing and his head wasn't engaged or anything, they told me it could be the following day.

I got pethedine, and 3 hours later was fully dilated. It can happen hun chin up x
