Dont know if this has been said but at the height of your next contraction just before the peak take a long deep breath in through your nose hunnie and as it tails down a bit (the contraction) breath slowly out through your mouth.....it WILL help......You can buy Co-deine and paracetamol in a blue box from boots this should help, get it in soluble form and mix with water to get in your bloodstream quick.

Not long, just think by tomorrow babe could be in your arms.
xx

Aww even though your in so much pain i am incredibly jealous!!!!!
Good luck huni!

I agree that if you're finding it really hard get yourself back into the hospital and demand something! Just refuse to leave....only you know how painful you're finding it!

There's no aspirin in ibuprofen, although it does have some of the same properties. But that's not where the problem lies. Ibuprofen can close up a bit of the baby's circulatory system that's meant to stay open until after delivery, so please don't take it.

Regardless of how far dilated you are though, I think if you're having trouble even talking through contractions and are in such pain, the hospital should admit you. If you try all the girls' suggestions and are still no better off, I'd just head up there again.

It has some of the same properties in it as aspirin but not actually aspirin itself (i.e. they both work as non-steroidal anti-inflammatories, so if you have a problem with one [aspirin], it's best to avoid another [such as ibuprofen]).
