I know it sounds strange when you're in the midst of it, but try to relax the muscles in your body as much as you can and breathe, and get as much rest as you can between contractions, and hopefully that will not only help diminish the pain a bit but also speed up the process too!  I'm excited for you too as you're team yellow, you must be really looking forward to finding out if baby's a boy or a girl! Woot! |
