I'm Currently Feeling: | Worried my baby will be too big for me.. This might sound stupid, but I was too big for my mum to deliver, leading to induction (3 weeks late) and me panicing and her having to have a cesarean anyway. Although she was told I was large the whole time (and I havn't heard this but I don't believe in their predictions anyway and I'm quite worried my babies going to be too big for me too). My pelvis is alot smaller than my mums was and I havn't been holding back on the crap I've been eating..
God I could do with a crystal ball right now.. | | | | Status: Offline

I'm Currently Feeling: | I'm sure you'll be fine, but if your really worried mention it at your next ante-natal and they might send you for a scan..
Ive always thought it should be standard to have one extra scan towards the end of our pregnancies, to confirm what position the baby is in and give a rough estimate on weight. | | | | Status: Offline

I'm Currently Feeling: | Oooh I don't know.. You might be alright, your MW might have a feel of baby and give you a rough guide on how big the baby will be and that might put your mind at rest.. If your getting very anxious about it then you could call the non-emergency number on your notes for a bit of advice and see what they think.. | | | | Status: Offline

I'm Currently Feeling: | My mum has just assured me that they knew I was too big because I wouldn't even engage. Mine is already 4/5, that's got to mean something right? Clutching at straws now lol | | | | Status: Offline

I'm Currently Feeling: | I think it's very normal to have that feeing, I'm sure it's gone through all of our minds at one point.. I'm sure you'll be fine, but it's not nice to keep worrying about it..
I kept thinking it because everyone kept saying "have they said you can have a natrual birth because your very big ya know" as you can imagine I was starting to get worried.. But my MW said he's a very average sized baby and not a whooper like everyone thinks.. | | | | Status: Offline

I'm Currently Feeling: | Everyone around me thinks my bump is huge because they knew what I was like before. People that see me now, with all this added chubbyness, think my bump is quite a nice size lol | | | | Status: Offline

I'm Currently Feeling: | You have to let go of this fear Toria, it could very well hold you back in labor. Your body is amazing, and can totally bring this baby into the world. Your pelvis was made to open wide, and allow your LO through it. Keep this thought in your head and visualize it. | | | | Status: Offline
