I'm Currently Feeling: | Advice needed! I laid down to take a nap and got woken up in the middle of it from extreme tightening and period-like cramps below my bump. I tried changing sides, like usual, but it stayed. About 3 minutes later it went away. 15 minutes later it came back and for the last hour, it has come back 3 times every 15 minutes lasting about 3 minutes. What is going on? Is this just braxton hicks? It feels so much stronger than BH and I'm having an awful time moving anywhere when they come. Just need some advice! |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Sounds a bit like contractions... mine feels like period cramps/the runs cramps/tightening and are so painful... maybe you should relax and lie on your left side. If it comes back I'd call LD !  |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Thanks ladies...I went and layed down and drank a huge glass of water and I think I'm doing better. They are still there but not as strong. Very weird feeling! |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Sounds like contractions to me, but thats weird if each one is lasting 3 min long, that seems really long to me... Just rest on your left side, and just like everyone said take a warm bath and drink more water. I hope you feel better! |
