| Mum (Mom) Chat Happy BnB Member  Join Date: Jun 2009 Location: England Posts: 1,624 | Pain between shoulder blades Some of you know I slipped on wednesday and had a bit of a crash landing. I think I've pulled something as since then between my shoulder blades and on my breast bone I have each day had gradually increasing pain. Then today the pain in my back is just terrible. It was so painful to raise my arms to wash my hair in the shower and when i breathe I feel like everything is pulling in on my back. Just wondering - could this pain be from the position the baby is lying in or is it literally just what i think i've done and pulled something????? Just started to wonder if it was a case of the baby doing something weird but didnt think it was very likely  Really quite struggling, im so stiff and nothing is easing it. Thanks |
